An active space is a fully functional 3D model of any building or property, and it is the default state. When a space is active, you can view, customize, publish and share it. When a space is archived, it can only be viewed. You can archive or make a space active at any time.

Unlimited spaces captured means that you can capture as many spaces as you want, it's unlimited. You only need to consider the number of spaces you need or plan to use at a given time, which we call Active Spaces. We recommend considering the number of actives spaces you may need and what you plan to do with them to choose your subscription plan.

You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you sign up for an Annual Enterprise Subscription, we can invoice you with payment via PO and/or ACH, wire, or check. Please contact sales to start the process.

You get 1 active Space, 1 user, and access to an extensive suite of tools. You can capture with any supported 360 camera (Ricoh Theta Z1, Ricoh Theta V, Insta360 ONE X) or with your iOS or Android device. You can capture as many spaces as you like, making it a great option for learning and experimenting with a digital twin. Sharing and collaboration requires a paid-subscription unless the space was captured with an iOS or Android device.

You will get the best results using mobile devices that have ultrawide cameras, which is true of most recent models. Lidar-capable devices such as the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro will generate the most accurate 3D representation. Matterport for iPhone is compatible with iPhone 6S or iPad Air 2 or later devices that have 2GB of RAM or more. Matterport for Android is compatible with devices running Android 9 or later, with 3GB of RAM or more. Performance will be better with more modern devices with more RAM. iPads and Android Tablets are supported, but it is more challenging to rotate around the camera lens on a tablet. Starter provides 5 active spaces, 1 user, and simple customization and extension tools that are great for any space. For teams or companies, the Professional plan provides more spaces at any point in time as well as users, unlocking collaboration, plus access to advanced content like Floorplans and MatterPak and more features like automated face blurring.
